It’s Monday already? Seriously where did the weekend go?
I spent my time auditioning for a fitness trainer position on Saturday (more details for you soon) and then soothing a fussy baby. We’ve hit a 4 month sleep regression at our house and this kid is waking up every few hours just tossing and turning. Oy! Lets hope things get back to normal soon. Currently I’ve got a baby that wakes up every 2 hours, a husband on a strict elimination diet, and a dog on Prozac. Mama needs a drink!
But before I raise that glass, let’s workout. This week we’ve got a Max Effort Workout. Max Effort means work as hard as you can for the time period allotted (either 30 or 60 seconds). It looks like this:
