It’s been a dream of mine to start a fitness series on my blog since, well before I had a blog actually. I’m beyond passionate about being fit and I love helping other people find that same passion for fitness that I have.
For so many people, they just don’t know where to start so for that reason I’ve decided to roll out a new series where I share workouts and provide fitness challenges that YOU can complete either at home or at the gym.
Let’s face it, you’re busy, I get it. But don’t let everything that is going on around you get in the way of you being healthy.
Start today, I’ll help.
For the month of March I’m going to be giving you a new workout series on Monday’s. Exercises you can do daily to get your heart rate up and strengthen and tone those muscles. These workouts can be done on their own or in addition to what you are already doing. For the most part they will be body weight exercises, but occasionally you might need some weight. Dumbells, kettlebells, or a weighted bar will be fine, it doesn’t need to be fancy. Each week will be different so you’ll have to check in on Monday’s to find out what the workouts that week will be.
So What’s happening this week?
It’s the Week of the 100’s!
Each day this week you will be doing 100 reps of the specified exercise.
Want to step it up a notch?
If you’re looking to add a little more intensity you include the following movements at either the beginning, the end, or both.
1 Min of Plank
**Note, on Plank Day omit the extra plank and replace with 1 min of mountain climbers
