No this is not an April Fools joke, we are really going to do 30 days of Burpees!!!
I hate burpees, like I seriously HATE them. They suck.
BUT they are one of the best body weight exercises you can do. They really do work the total body not to mention the cardio workout you get when you string a few together.
So join me for a 30 day Burpee Challenge.
Lets start with 25 Burpees on April 1st and then we will add 5 burpees a day for 30 days. You can do them all at once or break them up into sets of 10, 20, 50, whatever works for you and your schedule. I’d recommend at least doing sets of 25 so you can really get your heart rate up.
You need this, I need this. Lets challenge ourselves together.
And just to make things a little bit more interesting, I want to SEE you doing burpees. Post pics like crazy and join in at anytime. Use the hashtag #hotandhealthyburpees so I can SEE what you are up to. I’d love if you’d post the calendar on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, so your friends to join you.
